Delivery

What is the cut off time if I want to order flowers for same day delivery?


Yes, for same day delivery orders need to be made by 2pm that day. Same day web orders received after 2pm will be delivered the next day.




What happens if nobody is at home when you deliver?


When placing your order, you can use the note section to tell us of a convenient time to deliver your order. However, if not one is at home, we will pop a card through the letter box to let you know if we left your flowers with a neighbour or somewhere safe on the property. If there is nowhere safe to leave your flowers we will take them back for store collection or can be redelivered or redirected at an additional delivery charge.




I want to order flowers on your website to be delivered on a specific date, how do I let you know what date?


At checkout on the last page before order confirmation, there is a note section where you can tell us about any special delivery requests you may have.




What are your delivery charges?


We deliver Monday to Saturday: BT1 - BT18 - £5 BT19 - BT28 - £10 BT28 & beyond, please call us on 02895430330




Will I receive a delivery notification?


If you have placed your order via our website, then yes, you will receive an email to confirm your order has been delivered. If ordering over the phone or in person in-store, you will need to provide us with your email address to recieve a delivery notification.





Plant's

Do you have a returns policy?


We offer a 10 day guarantee on our plants, once they have been in your care beyond this it is your responsibility to maintain them, as we only provide healthy and happy plants and cannot be responsible for neglect.




Help, I need plant care advice?


We will always be here to offer you advice, and ensure you have everything you need after purchase to care for your plants. Each plant we sell online has individual care instructions on the product page. If purchasing in store we will always provide care advice at point of sale. Feel free to get in touch with us via Facebook/Instagram/Email if you need any care advice.




I am looking a particular plant, do you offer a sourcing service?


Yes, if we don't have the plant you are looking stocked in store, we will always do our very best to source the plant you are after, drop us an email to info@mementofloraldesign.com Please note, a small deposit will be required once we have confirmed that we can supply your plant




I've got some favourite pottery at home, can I bring them to you to plant in?


Of course you can, any of our customers are welcome to bring their own pottery into us and we will plant out your chosen plants. Where possible we will try to do this whilst you wait and only if we have the plants available in store, otherwise a 72 hour turnaround time will apply. Please note, we will apply a small handling charge.

COVID-19 Delivery Information


I’d like to order flowers or a gift for delivery, what information do I need to provide?

We ask that you provide as much information as possible about the recipient we are delivering to. If you have it, please provide a contact number so we can pre-arrange delivery with the recipient

What if the person I am sending flowers to isn’t at home when you deliver?

We have adapted a strict no contact delivery approach for all our orders, therefore when we deliver your order we will knock on the recipients door and leave the order on their doorstep for them to retrieve. Obviously if there are poor weather conditions (lets face it, our weather is quite temperamental) we will take extra precautions to protect your order by covering it with a waterproof covering. Our drivers use their initiative depending on the property they are delivering to. If there is a safe space on the property we will leave the order there and pop a note through the letterbox however if the residence is a street address with no safe space we will not leave the delivery to avoid situations such as theft. We will return it to our store and request the recipient get in touch with us to arrange another re-delivery. In normal circumstances we would have a re-delivery charge, however this will only apply to deliveries that are greater then 6 miles from our store and the charge will vary from £3.50 to £5 to cover fuel and driver salary.

If we have had to return the order to our store and we do not hear from the recipient within 24 hours we will contact you directly on the number provided at the time of order to discuss next steps

How will I know that my order has been delivered?

When our delivery driver has returned to our store and confirmed successfully delivery we will send you a notification via email as long as an email address has been provided at time of ordering. Please note that we are currently delivering between the hours of 10am and 5pm and are unable to offer specific delivery times due to an increase in demend for deliveries.

Are you still offering store collection?

Unfortunately to adhere to the latest government advice we have taken the difficult decision to close our physical store to the public, this is to ensure the safety and well-being of our staff and customers so until further notice all click and collect orders have been suspended.

Please note that we are unable to accept any liability for orders which have been delivered and safely left on a property which have not been retrieved by the recipient.




COVID-19 Click & Collect


Commencing Tuesday 5th May we will be offering a strict non contact Click and Collect service. This service is only available for preorders which are made online or via telephone Collections are available from our store between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Saturday and each customer will be allocated a 15 minute slot. Please note that our slots are allocated based on a first come first serve basis. If placing your order via Telephone you will be allocated a collection slot at the time of order If placing your order online, we will contact you on the number provided to schedule a collection slot. We are offering isolated collection slots daily to avoid congestion ourside our store and for your safety and protection you should only arrive during your allocated time slot. We kindly ask that only 1 person arrives to pick up your order. During collection when you arrive, please knock the front door to get the attention of our team, step back behind the black table and our team will come out with your order for you. For the safety and protection of our team and to ensure we have an efficent service for all our customers our staff will be unable to provide plant care advice, this is available on our website. If you are unable to make your allocated slot or turn up late we reserve the right to reschedule your collection to the next available slot which may not be on the same day.
